Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to love your order! If you need to return or exchange an item, our process is simple and hassle-free.

  • Eligibility: Unused items with original tags and packaging can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original order date.
  • Custom Signs: Due to their personalized nature, we do not accept returns for custom signs. However, if there is a valid issue, such as damage or a defect, we will provide a replacement once a photo of the issue is submitted and verified by our team.
  • Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee applies to all eligible non-custom items.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

1. Email our Customer Support Team at contact@giftedsteel.com with:

  • Your name, order number, and reason for the return/exchange.
  • A picture of the defective or incorrect item, if applicable.

2. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours. If approved, a return label will be sent to your email.

3. Return Shipping: Package your return and drop it off at a UPS facility using the return label provided. Please do not send returns to the original shipping address.

4. Once received at our warehouse, you can choose from the following options:

  • Refund: Issued to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days.
  • Replacement: Sent within 72 hours of receiving the returned item.

Missing Package Claims

If tracking indicates that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please provide a claim ID from the local delivery service. Once validated, we will send a replacement.
